How to Make Air Fryer Steak
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Rub the ribeye steak with olive oil on both sides, then season with kosher salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Sprinkle fresh herbs if desired.
  3. Place the seasoned steak in the air fryer basket, ensuring it’s not overcrowded.
  4. Air fry the steak for 10-12 minutes for medium-rare, flipping halfway through.
  5. Remove the steak from the air fryer and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing against the grain.
