How to Make Amish Winter Bliss Casserole
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Boil salted water in a large pot and cook the egg noodles until al dente, about 6-8 minutes; then, drain the noodles without rinsing.
- Brown the ground beef with diced onion in a skillet over medium heat, about 5-7 minutes.
- Combine the cooked noodles, browned beef, cream of mushroom soup, mixed vegetables, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Stir well.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, spreading it out evenly. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
- Cool slightly before serving.
