How to Make Asian Peanut Cabbage Slaw
  1. Shred the cabbage into thin strips using a sharp knife or mandoline.

  3. Whisk together the peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, honey or maple syrup, and sesame oil in a medium bowl.
  4. Combine the cabbage, carrots, bell pepper slices, and green onions in a large mixing bowl.
  5. Drizzle the dressing over the veggies and toss gently until everything is evenly coated.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
