  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

How to Make Asian Peanut Cabbage Slaw
  1. Shred the cabbage into thin strips using a sharp knife or mandoline.
  2. Grate the carrots and slice the red bell pepper thinly.
  3. Whisk together the peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, honey or maple syrup, and sesame oil in a medium bowl.
  4. Combine the cabbage, carrots, bell pepper slices, and green onions in a large mixing bowl.
  5. Drizzle the dressing over the veggies and toss gently until evenly coated.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to meld flavors.
  7. Optional: Sprinkle fresh cilantro on top before serving.
