  • pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil for greasing the baking dish
For the Sauce
  • 3 tbsp Dijon mustard the star of the show
  • 2 tbsp honey to balance the mustard's zing
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
For Garnish
  • fresh herbs like dill or parsley for garnish

Method
 

Baked Dijon Salmon Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Grease a baking dish with olive oil.
  3. Mix together Dijon mustard, honey, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl until smooth.
  4. Place salmon fillets skin-side down in the baking dish. Spread the sauce over each fillet.
