How to Make BBQ Chicken Bowl
  1. Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat (about 375°F for oven).

  3. Brush the hot chicken with the low-carb barbecue sauce and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  4. Chop the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and avocado into bite-sized pieces.
  5. Layer the mixed greens in a bowl, followed by sliced chicken and chopped veggies. Drizzle more barbecue sauce if desired.
