How to Make Beef Sausage and Cabbage Stir Fry
- Begin by slicing the beef sausage into bite-sized pieces. Chop the cabbage, bell peppers, and onion, and mince the garlic.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced beef sausage; cook until browned, around 5 minutes.
- Add the diced onions and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté for about 2-3 minutes until the onions become translucent.
- Incorporate the chopped cabbage and diced bell peppers. Stir well, cooking until the cabbage is tender, about 4-5 minutes.
- Whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, and sesame oil in a small bowl.
- Pour the sauce over the stir-fry mixture and toss to coat evenly. Cook for an additional 3 minutes.
- Serve the stir-fry hot on plates. Garnish with sesame seeds if desired.

Notes
Be sure to cut the beef sausage into uniform pieces for even cooking. Avoid overcrowding the pan to prevent steaming.
