How to Make Berry Croissant Casserole
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Arrange the torn croissants evenly in the prepared baking dish.
  3. Mix the mixed berries with granulated sugar and ground cinnamon in a bowl. Toss gently.
  4. Whisk together the large eggs, whole milk, and pure vanilla extract until combined.
  5. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the croissants. Shake the dish slightly to help soak.
