How to Make Berry Croissant Casserole
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Arrange the torn croissants evenly in the prepared baking dish.
- Mix the mixed berries with granulated sugar and ground cinnamon in a bowl. Toss gently.
- Whisk together the large eggs, whole milk, and pure vanilla extract until combined.
