How to Make Biscuit Gravy Casserole
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease the 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until it's browned and crumbled for about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the whole milk, garlic powder, and paprika. Simmer for 3-4 minutes until thickened.
- Cut the refrigerated biscuits into quarters and layer half of them in the greased baking dish, then pour half of the sausage gravy over this layer.
- Place the remaining biscuit pieces on top, followed by the rest of the gravy.
- In a bowl, whisk together the large eggs with salt and pepper, then pour this mixture evenly over the casserole. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.

Notes
Serve with fresh herbs or a side of fruit for added color and nutrition. Be mindful not to overmix the egg mixture to prevent a rubbery texture.
