How to Make Brie Cheese Cranberry Christmas Wreath
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface until it’s about 1/8 inch thick.
- Position the Brie in the center of the rolled-out pastry. Spoon the cranberry sauce generously over the top, followed by sprinkling the chopped rosemary and nuts, if using.
- Cover the filling with another sheet of pastry, making sure to press the edges tightly to seal in all that deliciousness.
- Whisk the egg with a splash of water in a small bowl. Brush this lovely mixture over the wreath.
- Bake on a parchment-lined sheet for 20-25 minutes, or until the pastry turns golden brown.
