  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese for creaminess
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs for extra crunch
  • 2 large eggs to bind the mixture

How to Make Broccoli Cheese Balls
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Steam the chopped broccoli until tender, about 5 minutes, then drain and finely chop.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the chopped broccoli, shredded cheddar cheese, panko breadcrumbs, eggs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well blended.
  4. Form the mixture into golf ball-sized balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
