How to Make Broccoli Cheese Balls
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Steam the chopped broccoli until tender, about 5 minutes, then drain and finely chop.
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped broccoli, shredded cheddar cheese, panko breadcrumbs, eggs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well blended.
- Form the mixture into golf ball-sized balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
