How to Make Buffalo Chicken Pizza
  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Lightly flour a clean surface and roll out your pizza dough to about 12 inches wide.
  3. Boil the chicken breasts in water for about 15 minutes until fully cooked.
  4. Mix the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
  5. Spread the chicken mixture over the prepared dough and top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.
  7. Garnish with red and green onions before slicing.
