  • 4 tbsp Tahini For a creamy, nutty depth
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice Freshly squeezed for a bright kick
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil For drizzling
  • 0.5 tsp Salt To enhance flavors
  • 0.25 tsp Black Pepper Adds warmth
For the Garnish
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley Chopped, for garnish

How to Make Charred Tahini Cauliflower
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash the cauliflower florets under cool water and place them in a large bowl.
  3. Whisk together tahini, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Coat the cauliflower with half of the tahini sauce until well-covered.
  5. Spread the cauliflower evenly on a parchment-lined baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes.
  6. Drizzle the remaining tahini sauce over the roasted cauliflower and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
