Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking dish by coating it with nonstick spray.
- Slice the tops off the bell peppers and carefully remove the seeds.
- Mix together the shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, half of the mozzarella, and Parmesan cheeses, along with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Fill each bell pepper generously with the cheesy chicken mixture and place them upright in the prepared baking dish.
- Top each stuffed pepper with the remaining cheeses.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Then, remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
