Filling
  • 1 cup Fresh cherries pitted
  • 1 cup Dark chocolate chips melted
  • 2 tablespoons Granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Pastry
  • 1 sheet Puff pastry thawed
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Wash and pit the cherries carefully.
  3. Melt dark chocolate chips and butter together in a microwave-safe bowl and mix in the vanilla extract.
  4. Coat the pitted cherries in granulated sugar.
  5. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut squares.
  6. Place the melted chocolate inside each pastry square, add a cherry, and seal the pastry.
  7. Bake on a parchment-lined baking sheet for about 20 minutes.
  8. Cool for a few minutes before serving.
