  • 1 package Frozen puff pastry sheets (2 sheets)
For the Cream Cheese Filling
  • 8 oz Cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp Pure vanilla extract
For the Topping
  • 1 can Cherry pie filling (21 oz)

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out thawed puff pastry on a floured surface, then cut it into squares.
  3. Mix softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla in a bowl until smooth.
  4. Spoon a dollop of the cream cheese mixture into the center of each pastry square.
  5. Top it with two tablespoons of cherry pie filling.
  6. Bake on a parchment-lined baking sheet for 20-25 minutes.
  7. Cool slightly before serving.
