  • 1/4 cup Sour cream
  • 1/2 cup Powdered sugar

  • 1 can Cherry pie filling

How to Make Cherry Cheesecake Cookie Cups
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a muffin tin with nonstick spray or liners.
  2. Cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla in a mixing bowl until fluffy. Add the egg and mix well.
  3. Combine the flour and baking powder in a separate bowl; gradually add this dry mixture to the wet ingredients until just combined.
  4. Scoop about two tablespoons of dough into each muffin cup and gently press down to shape.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden around the edges and slightly soft on top. Cool slightly before removing from the tin.
  6. Beat the cream cheese until smooth; then add the sour cream and powdered sugar. Mix until velvety and spoon into the cooled cookie cups.
  7. Top your cookie cups with cherry pie filling before serving.
