How to Make Chicken Fajita Salad
  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, fajita seasoning, and lime juice. Add the chicken breasts, ensuring they are well-coated. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes to absorb all that flavorful goodness.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Toss in the sliced bell peppers and onions, cooking until they’re softened and vibrant—about 5-7 minutes. Once done, remove them from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the marinated chicken breasts. Cook for 6-8 minutes on each side until they're golden brown and completely cooked through.
