How to Make Chicken Fajita Salad
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, fajita seasoning, and lime juice. Add the chicken breasts, ensuring they are well-coated. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes to absorb all that flavorful goodness.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Toss in the sliced bell peppers and onions, cooking until they’re softened and vibrant—about 5-7 minutes. Once done, remove them from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the marinated chicken breasts. Cook for 6-8 minutes on each side until they're golden brown and completely cooked through.
- Once the chicken has cooled slightly, slice it into strips. Combine the chicken with the sautéed veggies.
- In a large bowl, gently mix the fresh greens with the chicken and vegetable mixture. Drizzle your favorite salsa or dressing over the top and serve right away.

Notes
For extra flavor, top with avocado slices. Serve immediately after tossing to maintain the crispness of the greens.
