Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray your baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper.
  3. Mix together soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, and cornstarch in a bowl until smooth.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, then sear the chicken for about 5 minutes on each side.
  5. Add bell peppers and broccoli to the skillet along with the sauce mixture, stir well, and simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
  6. Serve hot, drizzled with any remaining sauce.
