- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
- Cream the softened butter and sugar in another bowl until fluffy and light.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing until combined.
- Gradually stir in the dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
- Scoop spoonfuls of dough onto prepared sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Melt chocolate chips until smooth. Dip cooled cookies in chocolate or drizzle on top.
- Top each cookie with sliced strawberries while the chocolate is still warm.
