How to Make Chocolate-Dipped Strawberry Frosted Wafers
- Prepare your workspace by laying parchment paper on a baking sheet to catch any excess chocolate.
- Melt the dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
- Dip one side of each wafer into the melted chocolate and allow excess to drip back into the bowl.
- While the chocolate is still warm, place a halved strawberry on top of each dipped wafer.
- Melt the white chocolate and drizzle it over the wafers for a decorative touch.
- Chill the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to let the chocolate set.
