How to Make Cinnamon French Toast Biscuits
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Whisk together the flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, and cinnamon in a mixing bowl until well-blended.
- Combine the milk, melted butter (cooled), and eggs in another bowl until smooth.
- Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients gently until just combined.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about 1-inch thick and cut into rounds using a biscuit cutter.
