Ingredients
  

For the Nuts
  • 2 cups Mixed nuts almonds, pecans, and walnuts work beautifully
For the Sweet Coating
  • 1/2 cup Granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp Ground cinnamon
For the Binding
  • 2 tbsp Unsalted butter melted
  • 1 tsp Pure vanilla extract

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon.
  3. Melt the butter in a separate bowl and stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Add the mixed nuts to the butter mixture and toss to coat.
  5. Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the nuts and toss again.
  6. Spread the nuts on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes.
