  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce

  • 4 cups fresh baby spinach
For the Toppings
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
Seasoning

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Sear the chicken in a skillet over medium heat with olive oil, seasoning with salt and pepper, and cooking until golden brown (about 5 minutes per side).
  3. Sauté the minced garlic in the same skillet until fragrant. Stir in the heavy cream and soy sauce.
  4. Add the fresh baby spinach to the sauce and let it wilt for about 2 minutes. Slice the seared chicken and combine it with the creamy mixture.
  5. Pour the chicken and sauce mixture into the greased baking dish. Top with shredded mozzarella and grated parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown. Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
