Preparation

  3. Sauté the Shrimp: In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and add shrimp. Cook for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and opaque.
  4. Make the Sauce: Lower the heat, add heavy cream, roasted garlic, and Parmesan, stirring until creamy. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Combine It All: Fold the cooked tortellini into the sauce, ensuring everything is well coated. Serve hot, topped with extra Parmesan if desired.
