Method
 

Instructions
  1. Cook spaghetti al dente according to package instructions, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. Brown ground meat in a skillet over medium heat for 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  3. Sauté onions and bell peppers in the same skillet for 3-5 minutes until onions are translucent.
  4. Stir in taco seasoning and diced tomatoes. Let simmer for 2 minutes, then transfer to crockpot.
  5. Combine meat mixture with cooked spaghetti, black beans, chicken broth, and shredded cheese in the crockpot. Stir gently.
  6. Cook on low for 4-6 hours or high for 2-3 hours until heated through and cheese is melted.
