Method
 

Making the Pie
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into a pie dish. Bake for 10 minutes until golden brown, then cool completely.
  2. In a large bowl, blend the cream cheese until smooth. Add peanut butter and powdered sugar; mix until creamy. Fold in half of the whipped topping gently.
  3. Spoon the peanut butter filling into the cooled crust, smoothing it out evenly. Top with the remaining whipped topping.
  4. Cover the pie and place it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to set.
  5. Slice your Easy Peanut Butter Pie, and garnish with chocolate shavings if desired.
