Making the Pie
- Preheat your oven to 350°F. Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into a pie dish. Bake for 10 minutes until golden brown, then cool completely.
- In a large bowl, blend the cream cheese until smooth. Add peanut butter and powdered sugar; mix until creamy. Fold in half of the whipped topping gently.
- Spoon the peanut butter filling into the cooled crust, smoothing it out evenly. Top with the remaining whipped topping.
- Cover the pie and place it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to set.
- Slice your Easy Peanut Butter Pie, and garnish with chocolate shavings if desired.
