How to Make Easy Sesame Beef
  1. Start by slicing the beef sirloin into thin strips, about half an inch thick.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger until well combined.
  3. Heat a tablespoon of oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the bell peppers, broccoli florets, and sliced carrots, sautéing for about 5 minutes.
  4. Push the vegetables to the side of the skillet and add the beef strips. Cook for about 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Pour the prepared sauce over the beef and vegetables, stirring to coat everything evenly.
