How to Make Fudge
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, mix together the sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, and butter. Stir continuously for about 5-7 minutes until the ingredients melt and form a smooth, glossy mixture.
- Pour the luscious fudge mixture into an 8×8-inch square pan lined with parchment paper. Use a spatula to smooth out the top, ensuring it’s even and ready for chilling.
- Refrigerate the fudge for a minimum of 2 hours or until it sets completely. You’ll want to see it firm and hold its shape when removed from the pan.
- Once set, lift the fudge out using the parchment paper, and cut it into small squares. Serve plain or dressed up with a drizzle of chocolate sauce.
