How to Make Garlic Butter Baked Chicken Breast
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the unsalted butter. Stir in the minced garlic and soy sauce.
- Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper.
- Place the seasoned chicken in the baking dish. Pour half of the garlic butter sauce over the chicken.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove the foil and drizzle the remaining garlic butter sauce over the chicken. Bake uncovered for an additional 10-15 minutes.
- Plate your chicken and drizzle any leftover sauce from the baking dish on top. Garnish with fresh herbs.
