How to Make Garlic Butter Baked Chicken Breast
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the unsalted butter. Stir in the minced garlic and soy sauce.
  3. Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper.
  4. Place the seasoned chicken in the baking dish. Pour half of the garlic butter sauce over the chicken.
  5. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  6. Remove the foil and drizzle the remaining garlic butter sauce over the chicken. Bake uncovered for an additional 10-15 minutes.
  7. Plate your chicken and drizzle any leftover sauce from the baking dish on top. Garnish with fresh herbs.
