Preparation
  1. Gather ingredients: Start by placing all your ingredients on the counter for easy access. Mince the garlic finely.
  2. Cook tortellini: Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add tortellini and cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 3-5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  3. Cook chicken: In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, cooking for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove and slice into bite-sized pieces.
  4. Sauté garlic: In the same skillet, add remaining butter and minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant and slightly golden.
  5. Combine ingredients: Return sliced chicken to the skillet with cooked tortellini. Drizzle soy sauce over the mixture and toss together until well coated.
  6. Finish with cheese: Sprinkle freshly grated Parmesan cheese over the top just before serving.
