- Gather ingredients: Start by placing all your ingredients on the counter for easy access. Mince the garlic finely.
- Cook tortellini: Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add tortellini and cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 3-5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- Cook chicken: In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, cooking for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove and slice into bite-sized pieces.
