Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly coat a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Layer half of the sweet potato slices in the prepared baking dish; drizzle half of the creamy garlic sauce over them.
  3. Repeat the process with the remaining sweet potatoes and pour the last of the creamy sauce on top.
  4. Sprinkle the grated parmesan cheese generously over the top layer. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  5. Uncover and continue baking for an additional 15-20 minutes until the topping is golden brown and bubbly.
  6. Cool for about 10 minutes before serving.
