Method
 

Directions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Whisk together flour, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl until well combined.
  3. Mix brown sugar and melted butter in another bowl until creamy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the molasses.
  4. Combine the dry ingredients into the wet mixture gradually. Stir until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the greased baking dish and spread it evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.
  6. Cool the gingerbread bars in the pan for a few minutes before slicing them into squares.
