- In another bowl, mix applesauce, brown sugar, and eggs until smooth. Add molasses.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring gently until just combined.
- Transfer the batter into a greased loaf pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let the loaf cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack.
- Whisk together powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and milk or cream until smooth, then drizzle over the cooled loaf.
