How to Make Goat Cheese Puff Pastry
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface until it’s about 1/8 inch thick.
- Cut the pastry into squares that are approximately 4 inches wide.
- Spoon a small amount of goat cheese into the center of each square and sprinkle with fresh herbs.
- Fold each square diagonally to form triangles, making sure to seal the edges well.
- Brush the tops with the beaten egg wash.
- Bake the pastries on a parchment-lined baking sheet for 20-25 minutes until they’re puffy and golden brown.
