How to Make High-Protein Bagel Bites
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix the high-protein flour, baking powder, and sea salt in a bowl.
  3. Fold in the plain Greek yogurt until combined.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for 3-4 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  5. Divide the dough into small balls and flatten them into mini disks.
  6. Place mini disks on a parchment-lined baking sheet, add toppings, and bake for 15-20 minutes.
