How to Make Honey Garlic Chicken
  1. Pat the chicken breasts dry with a paper towel and season them generously with salt and pepper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the minced garlic, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and sesame oil until smooth.
  3. Heat a splash of cooking oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  4. Pour the prepared sauce over the cooked chicken and let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
  5. Transfer the chicken to plates, drizzle any remaining sauce on top, and garnish with additional ingredients of your choice like sesame seeds or green onions.
