  • 1.5 lbs Boneless, skinless chicken breasts ensures juicy, tender pieces

For the Marinade
  • 4 cloves Fresh garlic minced
  • 0.5 cup Low-sodium soy sauce
  • 0.25 cup Raw honey
  • 0.25 cup Brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp Sesame oil

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare a baking dish by lightly spraying it with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Mix the marinade ingredients in a bowl. Combine minced garlic, soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, sesame oil, and black pepper.
  3. Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper on both sides. Place them in the prepared baking dish.
  4. Pour half of the marinade over the chicken and let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until cooked through, reaching an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  6. Rest the chicken for five minutes before serving.
