  • 1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs provides a delightful crunch
  • 1 large egg beaten
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
For the Sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey adds sweetness
  • 1/4 cup sriracha sauce adjust to taste
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce enhances umami flavor
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice brightens the dish

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix together ground beef or turkey, Panko breadcrumbs, beaten egg, minced garlic, honey, and half of the sriracha sauce in a large bowl.
  3. Shape the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake the meatballs for 20-25 minutes until they are golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Whisk together the remaining sriracha sauce, soy sauce, and lime juice in a small bowl while the meatballs are baking.
  6. Toss your cooked meatballs in the sauce before serving.
