How to Make Lemon Shortbread Cookies
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Cream together the unsalted butter and granulated sugar in a large bowl until light and fluffy, about 3-5 minutes.
