  • 1 can Chunk Light Tuna (5 oz) drained
  • 1/4 cup Red Onion finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley chopped
For the Dressing
  • 1/4 cup Tahini
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

How to Make Lemon Tahini Chickpea Tuna Salad
  1. In a small bowl, combine tahini, fresh lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, add your drained chickpeas, finely chopped red onion, fresh parsley, and drained tuna. Gently toss these ingredients together.
  3. Pour the tahini dressing over your salad mixture and fold everything gently until well coated.
  4. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate to allow flavors to meld.
