- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Melt the butter in a large mixing bowl. Stir in the granulated sugar until well combined.
- Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Include the vanilla extract.
- Mix the flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder in a separate bowl. Gradually fold into the wet ingredients.
- Prepare the cheesecake layer by beating cream cheese, sugar, eggs, matcha powder, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Layer the brownie batter into a greased 9x13-inch baking pan, followed by dollops of matcha cheesecake mixture. Swirl together for marble effect.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
