Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Boil salted water in a large pot and cook pasta until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add sliced mushrooms and cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for an additional minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 3-4 minutes to thicken slightly.
  5. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and combined into the sauce.
  6. Toss the cooked pasta in the sauce, serving immediately garnished with fresh parsley.
