How to Make Nutella Buckeye Balls
- In a large mixing bowl, thoroughly blend the Nutella and creamy peanut butter until smooth and well combined.
- Gradually incorporate the powdered sugar into the mixture, stirring until a thick, dough-like consistency forms.
- Stir in a teaspoon of vanilla extract.
- Place the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Once chilled, scoop the dough and roll it into one-inch balls.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips with the coconut oil in short bursts, stirring in between until smooth.
- Carefully dip each ball into the melted chocolate and place them on parchment paper to set.
