  • 1 cup Nutella
  • 1 cup Creamy peanut butter
  • 2 cups Powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
For the Chocolate Coating
  • 1 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut oil

Method
 

How to Make Nutella Buckeye Balls
  1. In a large mixing bowl, thoroughly blend the Nutella and creamy peanut butter until smooth and well combined.
  2. Gradually incorporate the powdered sugar into the mixture, stirring until a thick, dough-like consistency forms.
  3. Stir in a teaspoon of vanilla extract.
  4. Place the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  5. Once chilled, scoop the dough and roll it into one-inch balls.
  6. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips with the coconut oil in short bursts, stirring in between until smooth.
  7. Carefully dip each ball into the melted chocolate and place them on parchment paper to set.
