How to Make Oreo Cookie Bark
- Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth and creamy.
- Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
- Mix half of the crushed Oreos into the melted white chocolate, folding gently until they're evenly coated.
- Spread the chocolate mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, using a spatula to create an even layer about 1/2 inch thick.
- Melt the dark chocolate chips and drizzle it generously over the white chocolate layer.
- Top with the remaining crushed Oreos and colorful sprinkles.
- Let the bark chill in the fridge for about an hour until firm.

Notes
Allow the bark to set in the fridge for at least one hour for best results. Optionally, cut into heart shapes for a sweet Valentine's Day treat.
