Cooking Instructions

  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the roast for 4–5 minutes on each side until browned.
  4. Carefully move the seared roast to a roasting pan. In the same skillet, sauté chopped onions and minced garlic for 3–4 minutes until fragrant, then add them to the roasting pan.
  5. Pour the beef broth over the roast, then sprinkle with fresh thyme and rosemary.
  6. Cover the roasting pan tightly with foil or a lid and bake in the preheated oven for about 3 hours, or until the meat is fork-tender.
