How to Make Panko Crusted Salmon Bites
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut the fresh salmon fillets into bite-sized cubes, about 1 inch each, and gently pat them dry with paper towels.
- Organize three bowls – one filled with seasoned flour, another with beaten eggs, and a third with panko breadcrumbs.
- Coat each salmon cube in the seasoned flour, dip it into the beaten egg, and roll it in the panko breadcrumbs.
- Place the breaded salmon bites on the prepared baking sheet without touching each other.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.

Notes
For best results, use fresh or wild-caught salmon. Bake until bites are golden brown for optimal tenderness.
