How to Make Panko Crusted Salmon Bites
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut the fresh salmon fillets into bite-sized cubes, about 1 inch each, and gently pat them dry with paper towels.
  3. Organize three bowls – one filled with seasoned flour, another with beaten eggs, and a third with panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Coat each salmon cube in the seasoned flour, dip it into the beaten egg, and roll it in the panko breadcrumbs.
  5. Place the breaded salmon bites on the prepared baking sheet without touching each other.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
