How to Make Peppermint Mocha Cake Bars
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and sugar.
  3. In another bowl, mix the melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and peppermint extract until smooth.
  4. Gently fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients.
  5. Fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth it out. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
  7. While the bars cool, beat together the cream cheese and powdered sugar until fluffy. Gradually add milk.
