Method
 

Preparation
  1. Marinate the chicken by mixing olive oil, minced garlic, lime juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Add the chicken breasts to the mixture, ensuring they’re well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour.
  2. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking dish by spraying it with nonstick spray.
  3. Bake the marinated chicken in the prepared baking dish for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
  4. Blend the green sauce by combining cilantro, jalapeños, sour cream or Greek yogurt, lime juice, salt, and pepper in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  5. Rest the cooked chicken for five minutes before slicing. Serve with the vibrant green sauce drizzled on top.
