- Marinate the chicken by mixing olive oil, minced garlic, lime juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Add the chicken breasts to the mixture, ensuring they’re well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour.
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking dish by spraying it with nonstick spray.
- Bake the marinated chicken in the prepared baking dish for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
- Blend the green sauce by combining cilantro, jalapeños, sour cream or Greek yogurt, lime juice, salt, and pepper in a blender. Blend until smooth.
