How to Make Pesto Sausage Gnocchi Bake
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Spray a large baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Cook the Italian sausage in a skillet over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes until browned and crumbled.
- Combine the cooked sausage with potato gnocchi, cherry tomatoes, and pesto sauce in the prepared baking dish. Stir well.
- Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and sprinkle freshly grated Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
